Service Description

The Better Back Bundle Fee of $85.00 is valid for your FIRST Yoga Session after your purchase of one of the PLANS and the required yoga props listed below(*). The Better Back Bundle may be used a package option only. During this 1 hour Yoga Session, Rebecca will guide you through a gentle, yet effective, Yoga for a Healthy Back sequence that includes Yoga postures to strengthen and stretch the body, breathing exercises to reduce stress, and concentration techniques for clarity of the mind. As of September 1, 2023: For sanitary reasons, clients are asked to invest in purchasing their own Yoga Props for Individual/Personal Yoga Sessions. In order for all of us to stay healthy and safe I think it's in our best interest to be responsible while practicing Yoga. Cancellation Policy

-To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24 hours in advance from your scheduled service. If canceling less than 24 hours of your service, No refunds. -If cancellation notice is greater than 24 hours of your scheduled service your pre-payment is valid and will be honored to reschedule within 1 week. If other sequential scheduled services are booked (via Plan Package) and pre-paid for, they must be kept as originally scheduled, No exceptions.
